Eligible Products
This refund policy applies to:
- All individual courses (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python)
- The Web Development bundle
- The Complete Full Stack bundle
- Any other digital products purchased on the platform
Refund Period
You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund. After this period expires, the purchase becomes final.
⚠️ The purchase date is the date you receive the payment confirmation email, not the first time you access the course.
How to Request a Refund
The refund process is simple and fast:

Provide Details
Include your name, the email used for the purchase, and the course you’re requesting a refund for.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation within a maximum of 24–48 hours on business days.
Receive Your Money
The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used.
What Happens After a Refund
After the refund is processed:
- Access to the course will be revoked
- Any issued certificates will be invalidated
- Saved progress will be deleted
You can repurchase the course at any time in the future if you wish.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- Repeated refund requests from the same user
- Evidence of abuse of the refund system
- Downloading or copying content before requesting a refund
These exceptions are rare and are evaluated case by case.
Partial Refunds
For course bundles, you can choose:
- Full refund — you receive all your money back
- Partial refund — you keep some courses and receive the difference
